FEE:

Our services fees are 1.100€ (we will provide you a proforma invoice with our bank details).

As we mention we work with some cherrypicked top level associated educational institutions in Arts, Sciences, Business, Sports, Gastronomy, Language… We look for, serious and independently, your best match.

-If one or some of those institutions are in the Personal Study Proposal that we will careful and conscientiously make for you, and finally the student applies and is accepted and definitively enrol into it, we refund you the 90% payment in one week since the student has already started the course. We will keep the 10% (110 €) as administration expenses.

-If the chosen centre is not among our dossier of collaborators the amount will definitely considered as final HANOI CABINET services fee. In both cases we will send you the final invoice.

WHAT DOES THIS FEES INCLUDES:

Our responsible work and experience: the carefulness with which we take each student's case, their interests and needs and the time we dedicate to each one until we get the option that we are really pleased to consider the best and that adequately fits their expectations; our own knowledge and experience with the localities in which the centres are located, as we regularly visit the centres; the priority attention that our associated centres can offer you, etc. ..... On this basis, we will send you your Personal Study Proposal -PSP- with the 3 or 4 centres according to your needs, and we will hold a next on-line meeting, for as long as we need, to go into the details of the PS Proposal and continue with the enrollment process or, if necessary, carry out a second round for a 2nd PSP.

Guiding with the visa requirements, financial info, health care insurance and collecting and overviewing the documents and forms needed for the application for 3 institutions, preparing the interview for admission process etc. WhatsApp open via in all the process to attend any doubt. And of course, being the necessary link between you and them, being always attentive, in the rear, while the admission process and until you are definitely enrol and settled in your new place in Spain.

ADDITIONAL and OPTIONAL FEES & SERVICES

(IF NEEDED OR REQUIRED)

- Welcome package: transfer from the airport to the shelter; first day accompaniment showing how to move around from hosting to study center, buying transportation and WhatsApp card and opening a bank account (in Madrid and Barcelona; Valencia and others if available): 300€

- Extra supporting days & duties for whatever you personally wants:

.- Hourly rate - 2 first hours: 45€

.- Hourly rate - hour next extra hours: 30€

- Individual Spanish language lessons:

.- Hourly rate - hour personal: 30€

.- Hourly rate - hour online: 25€

In case the chosen center has not a full student service:

- Helping with accommodation: accommodation search and site and contract monitoring: 300€

- TIE (Identity Foreigner Card) personal help with all the process to obtain it: 280€

(Academic, administrative or professional fees required for the processing of documents, as translators, notaries etc, shall be borne by the interested party)
